I just wanted to update everyone on the new feature we added to our predictive cloud dialer. Our dev team added the user’s current status to the contact view in the system. Now rather than just sitting there waiting for a call, users can see the dialer dialing for them, and whether they are waiting, talking, or on idle status. This is huge because non-admin users will be able to see there current status and see the dialer working hard for them.
