CallFire Releases Virtual Call Center Video Tutorial

Those at CallFire.com, try to make using VoIP, simple and are dedicated to providing high-availability systems, beautiful user interfaces, furious developer support and unparalleled customer care. 

 
Recently, they posted on the company blog some videos to make everyone’s life a little bit easier.  For those that are new to CallFire, these videos will walk you through the campaign-creation process.  There is even a “non-techie” version with an even more detailed explanation.
