Voice Broadcast Companies Best Choice When it Comes to Creating BuzzWhen companies have to issue a recall on products, they need to get the word out quickly and efficiently to thousands of customers. This task of alerting the public has been made easier with voice broadcast solutions.
Ytel provides voice broadcast services that allow companies to send those recall messages to thousands of recipients. BMW is preparing to issue a notification in February to nearly 90,000 of its customers, a process that will rely on the use of a powerful communication strategy to ensure timely, accurate and efficient communications. According to this Chicago Tribune report, the car maker’s recall will impact owners of the popular Mini Cooper coupe and its convertible counterpart built between November 2006 and January 2011. That’s five years worth of sales. During this period, these cars could have been resold, complicating the notification process. Using a voice broadcast solution, companies like BMW can send the alerts using features such as answering machine detection and live answer detection. Ytel offers these tools to make connecting with customers easier. Specific messages are prompted by notes of a voice mail system when no one is available and a different message to prompt the caller to obtain a live message feed. This option ensures the delivery of top-notch customer service and is very effective when reaching out to those affected by safety recalls. Ytel allows users to record their messages in its web interface or by uploading wave files. Its voice broadcast features also have the capability to report and download results in an Excel file for analysis, as well as list and campaign management tools. In BMW’s case, the recall centers on an issue with the turbocharged car’s water pump, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This malfunction can cause the circuit board to overheat and catch on fire. There have already been 12 customer complaints in which eight owners reported the vehicle fire occurred when the car was not running. Aside from public safety recall alerts, Ytel has voice broadcast options for reminders, political calls, interactive polling and surveys and church phone trees. As such, Ytel technology is not just for corporate America or big-name car manufacturers. Ytel provides voice broadcast services with free support, free upgrades and are 100 percent secure. And, unlike other voice broadcast companies, Ytel’s offerings are not charged by the minute. Instead, the packages are sold similar to that of a wireless plan using bulk minutes for a flat fee.
