Indosoft (News - Alert) announced that its Dialplan Builder will now be available with new AMD and Voicemail Beep Tone recognition functions.

The company is the developer of Q-Suite contact center software suite for Asterisk (News - Alert), and its Dialplan Builder is a sophisticated graphical tool to introduce an interaction between the caller and the system. It is at the heart of any Asterisk-based call routing once the call hits the switch and the newly introduced functions are for determining if an outbound call has connected to a live person or an automated recording system.

These new features could let Q-Suite to launch new voice broadcasting and notification services that combine the power of dialer and IVR capabilities. Users can get the new capabilities by applying the Asterisk Speech Recognition API using UniMRCP, a standards-based connector.

Q-Suite is a multi-tenant, Web-based, next-generation contact center solution for Asterisk. This software provides a Web-based Agent Interface as well as .NET (News - Alert) based API for integration to users’ custom CRM. With its dialer and campaign management capability, the software can prepare list-based outbound notification services, and call center campaigns can be scheduled and managed from Q-Suite’s list management tools.

Officials with Indosoft said that the implementation of Asterisk Speech Recognition API through UniMRCP makes available powerful speech recognition functionality provided by well-established speech recognition engines. The Dialplan Builder and the Dialer driven contact management system within Q-Suite allows quick execution of powerful outbound IVR campaigns. Customer contact operations using Q-Suite can unleash impressive IVR applications with the availability of powerful speech recognition functions within the Dialplan Builder.
