LeadMaster Integrates with CallFire to Offer Voice Broadcast Solution for Call Centers
LeadMaster, a provider of Sales Lead Management CRM Solutions, announced integration with CallFire, a provider of enterprise-grade cloud telephony solutions, to offer a voice broadcast solution to the call center industry.
Dubbed as LeadMaster Power-Call, the new product will help call centers and sales professionals maximize efficiency and productivity. The solution enables collaboration and improves sales effectiveness.
The LeadMaster Power-Call voice broadcast solution allows companies of any size to build a contact center, in any location, without hardware, software or upfront capital cost, company officials said. The solution does not involve long-term contracts.
The solution gives cloud call centers the flexibility to easily set up and administer their at-home agents. LeadMaster’s Power-Call allows distributed centers to act as one, regardless of geographic location. In short, anyone with an Internet connection can be part of the call center team.
“LeadMaster created the Power-Call integration to meet the needs of inbound and outbound call centers, sales and marketing teams and customer service departments,” said Andy Brownell, LeadMaster CMO, in a statement.
With LeadMaster Power-Call solution, outbound dialing can be shifted into overdrive, streamlining call center functions and maximizing the revenue from calling campaigns. Users can benefit from a 20 to 30 percent increase in efficiency.
